Centered Practice provides educational content about yoga practice, pacing cues, and everyday movement habits. All routines are self-guided: you decide your range of motion, speed, and whether you use support (wall, chair, towel).
Comfort-first is encouraged. If a movement feels too intense, reduce range, slow down, or pause for a breath. The goal is repeatable routines that fit your day.
Calm pace, smaller range, and stable supports can make practice easier to repeat—especially on busy weeks.
Course prices are shown in USD (your payment method may charge in PEN). Submitting the request form creates a course request. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of confirmation if access has not been provided yet. After access is delivered, refund requests are reviewed individually based on delivery status.
